  • g Country Range Thick Chicken Soup Mix
  • g pts cold water
  •   tsp Country Range Chinese Five Spice
  • g Country Range Sweetcorn
  • g beansprouts, washed
  • g spring onions, sliced
  • g radishes, sliced

    Step 1

    Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix and 5 spice powder to make a smooth paste, add remaining cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Add all remaining ingredients to the soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
