Chicken Balti

  •   kg diced Country Range Chicken Breast Fillets
  •   tsp Country Range Ground Paprika
  •   kg Country Range Chopped Tomatoes
  •   tsp Country Range Ground Turmeric
  •   tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
  •   tsp Country Range Ground Coriander
  •   tsp Country Range Chilli Powder
  •   Country Range Dried Bay Leaves
  • ml Country Range Olive-Pomace Oil
  •   tbsp garlic purée
  •   tbsp grated ginger
  •   kg onions, finely diced
  •   red peppers, deseeded and chopped
  •   Bunch of fresh coriander

    Step 1

    Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until browned.

    Add the garlic, ginger, spices, diced peppers, and tomatoes.

    Bring to the boil and cook slowly for at least two hours, longer if possible.
