  • g Country Range Chick Peas in Water
  •   3 tbsp aquafaba (from the can of chick peas)
  •   0.5 tsp Country Range Ground Cinnamon
  •   1 tsp Country Range Dried Mixed Herbs
  •   1 tsp Country Range Crushed Chillies
  •   1 tsp Ground Coriander
  •   1 tsp Ground Cumin
  •   1 tbsp Country Range Plain Flour
  •   2 crushed cloves garlic
  •   6 sliced spring onions
  •   2 tbsp salt

Method

    Step 1

    Place the chickpeas, aquafaba and crushed garlic in a food processer and pulse until a course mix.

    Step 2

    Add the spices and salt and fold in the spring onions.

    Step 3

    Add the salt and flour and mix well.

    Step 4

    Shape into even sized balls and place in the freezer for 20 mins to firm up.

    Step 5

    Fry in hot oil for 4/5 mins and serve with vegan mayo and a couple of lemon wedges.
