g White Potatoes
g Charcuti mixed tapas selection
g Smoked paprika
Garlic cloves
tbsp Vegetable oil
g Garlic Aioli
Fresh thyme stem
g Spicy tomato sauce

Step 1
Peel, diced and cook the potatoes until par cooked.

Chop the garlic roughly, tumble the par-cooked potatoes with the garlic, smoked paprika, oil, thyme and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook on a high heat (185c) until a golden brown colour.

Warm the tomato sauce until a light simmer and take off from the stove.

Plate up the tomato sauce on the bottom of the plate

Add the warm potatoes from the oven on top of the tomato sauce

Add the charcuti tapas meats to the dish

Add the garlic aioli on top of the meat and potatoes.
