  • ml Cold Water
  • g Country Range Plain Flour
  •   tsp Salt
  •   tsp Pepper
  •   tsp Country Range Ground Paprika
  • g tin Country Range Coconut Milk
  • g Country Range Peri Peri Sauce

    Step 1

    Make the batter by whisking the flour, water and seasoning until smooth.

    Cut the cauliflower into florets, dip in the batter and roll in the breadcrumbs.
