Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Place the apples in a large ovenproof dish.

Scatter over the blueberries and stir in the sugar.

Spoon over the Mascarpone cheese.

Mix the crumble mix with the natural yoghurt and lemon zest. Spoon this cobbler mix over the cheese.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
