  • g cold water
  • g cooked bacon, finely diced small toasted croutons to garnish

    Step 1

    Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, add remaining cold water and bring to the boil.

    Simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the bacon pieces and heat through.
