  • g Country Range Crumble mix
  • ml Country Range Ready to Serve Custard
  • g Soft brown sugar

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180c fan

    Bake the crumble mix until golden and keep warm

    Step 3

    Warm the apple filling and place into a suitable serving container

    Top with the crumble mix

    Cover the crumble with hot custard and sprinkle with soft brown sugar

    Step 6

    Brulee the top with a blow torch or caramelise under a hot grill
