- Toast the bagel, keep warm.
- Cook the Daloon Spinach and Falafel Burger to the manufacturer instruction.
- Layer the bagel with smear of spicy ketchup, made by adding some Country Range Peri Peri Sauce to Country Range Ketchup.
- Add the burger, sliced avocado and red onion.
- Add the top and bake in the oven for a few minutes. Fry a couple of eggs.
- Add the egg on top. Serve.
