- Using a potato ricer or a food processor blitz the red kidney beans and chick peas until finely chopped.
- Mix through the gluten free oats
- Add in the mashed sweet potato and mix to combine, season to taste
- If the mix is dry then gradually add the oat milk to bring the ingredients together to form a firm mix
- Portion the mix into 100g pieces and form into a patty
- Chill the patties before cooking
- Heat a large pan with a little oil and fry off the mixed bean burgers
