  • 750 g potatoes Maris Piper, peeled and turned with trimming reserved
  • 250 g onions, large dice
  • 25 g celery, large dice
  • 250 g savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 250 g leeks, washed and sliced
  • 250 g button onions
