Essential Cuisine Miso Noodle Soup

  • g Essential Cuisine Miso Broth Base
  • ml boiling water
  • g button mushrooms, sliced
  • g spring onions, sliced
  • g brown rice noodles
  • g watercress, roughly chopped
  • g tofu, cut in small cubes
  • g chinese cabbage
  •   Salt and pepper to taste

    Step 1

    In a suitable pan dissolve the Essential Cuisine Miso Broth Base in the boiling water and add the mushrooms and spring onions, simmer for 2-3 minutes

    Step 2

    Add the noodles, stir and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes or until the noodles are cooked

    Step 3

    Add the tofu, watercress and cabbage, gently stir and bring back to the boil

    Step 4

    Season as required and serve in warm bowls

  • 250 g spring onions, sliced
  • 300 g brown rice noodles
  • 200 g watercress, roughly chopped
  • 400 g tofu, cut in small cubes
  • 400 g chinese cabbage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
