- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic.
- Add the korma paste and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add the Beanz and gently heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile steam the sweet potato broccoli until just tender. When cooked add to the curry. Stir to combine.
- Serve the curry with rice and mini naan bread. Garnish with chopped coriander.
