Crush with a rolling pin to create crumbs, leave a few larger pieces to create texture

Melt the chocolate callets, margarine, cocoa powder and golden syrup together and stir to create a glossy mixture

Pour two-thirds of the chocolate into a bowl and stir in the biscuits, cherries and marshmallows

Step 4
Spoon the mixture into a lined square tin and press down

Top with the rest of the chocolate and smooth across

Chill for a couple of hours to set and cut into equal sized slices
