Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small chunks and boil till almost cooked.

Blanch the nettles in boiling water.

Sauté the shallots, add the spices and garlic and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes stirring frequently.

Add the tomatoes to soften and finally the potatoes and nettles.
