  • ml Cognac
  • ml lemon juice
  •   Egg white or foamer
  •   Top with Champagne

    Step 1

    Shake all ingredients except Champagne.

    Pour into a chilled coupe, then gently top with cold Champagne and garnish with peach slices or edible flowers.
