New from Country Range – Celebrating another year of fabulous product launches

The Country Range own brand is considered by many to be the best in foodservice, and we’re constantly developing new products in line with evolving food trends and demands.

From store cupboard essentials through to premium finished products, the Country Range own brand has a 20-year foodservice heritage providing caterers with a value for money proposition without any need to compromise on taste or quality.

2018 was no exception and we were proud to unveil the following innovative launches to our range of over 750 fabulous products:

1. COUNTRY RANGE BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER CHEESE PASTIES
Packed full of sumptuous chunks of vegetables in a rich, cheesy sauce.

2. COUNTRY RANGE 6” THREE CHEESE AND ONION ROLL
This melt-in-the-mouth, light, creamy and flavoursome roll contains a mixture of Red Leicester and grated mature Cheddar cheese, diced onion and potato, all wrapped in a light, fluffy, flaky puff pastry.

3. COUNTRY RANGE MANGO, LIME AND CHILLI DRESSING
Elevates a host of dishes such as chicken and avocado, works wonderfully as a sauce for Sri Lankan three-bean salad and is an equally brilliant barbecue marinade and tasty glaze.

4. COUNTRY RANGE PANKO BREADCRUMBS
This incredibly versatile product can be used as a crunchy topping to add texture to grilled vegetables, casseroles and macaroni cheese, or as a binder for meatballs or burgers.

5. COUNTRY RANGE SWEET POTATO FRIES
A super profit generator with consumers willing to pay around 50p per portion more to upgrade to a premium side order.

Features layers of chocolate chip cookies sandwiched between creamy vanilla mousse.

7. COUNTRY RANGE PREMIUM ORANGE & MASCARPONE TORTE
Crisp bourbon biscuit crumb with an orange-infused truffle, topped with an orange and mascarpone cheesecake, and finished with a caramel mirror glaze for a premium feel.
