  •   Country Range Steam Cooked Chicken Wings
  •   tsp Country Range Crushed Chillies
  •   tbsp spent coffee grounds
  •   tsp garlic powder
  •   tsp salt
  •   tsp crushed pepper
  •   tbsp agave and maple syrup
  •   pinch salt and pepper to taste
  •   chopped chives garnish
  •   lime wedges

    Step 1

    Marinate the chicken wings in all of the spices and coffee grounds for 30 mins then place the wings on a oven tray

    Bake in the oven at 200c/ 180c fan for 5 mins.

    Turn the chicken wings and drizzle with the maple syrup and continue to cook for 5 mins

    Turn the chicken once more and cook for a further 5 mins until sticky and golden

    Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Place on a platter and garnish with chopped chives and lime wedges
