Golden focaccia topped with a rich tomato and ’nduja sauce, balanced with a touch of honey, then baked with a melted cheddar and mozzarella blend. Finished with slices of salami, sweet roasted red peppers and red onion for a bold, gently spiced Italian‑inspired bake.

  •   Delifrance Focaccia
  • g chopped tomatoes
  • g nduja
  •   tbsp runny honey for the sauce
  • g tomato puree
  • g Grated cheddar mozzarella mix
  • g Salami
  •   Roasted red peppers
  •   Red onion (sliced)

    Step 1

    Place a saucepan over a low heat and gently warm the nduja and honey until melted and combined

    Stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato purée and simmer for five minutes until rich and fragrant

    Set aside to cool

    Preheat the oven to 190°C fan

    Open the focaccia and spread a generous layer of sauce over the base, replace the top and spread another layer of sauce on top
