Ingredients

  •   ltr water
  • g MAGGI® Bechamel Sauce
  • g mature cheddar, grated
  • g MAGGI® Truffle Seasoning
  • g cavatappi pasta (or macaroni)
  • g fresh breadcrumbs
  • ml olive oil
  • g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

    Step 1

    Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.

    Prepare sauce: In a saucepan, heat MAGGI® Bechamel Sauce and water gently.

    Stir in grated cheddar and MAGGI® Truffle Seasoning, then remove from the heat.

    Toss cooked pasta in the truffle cheese sauce until fully coated, then transfer to an ovenproof dish.

    For the topping: Heat the oil, add breadcrumbs and toast until golden. Stir in chopped parsley.

    To finish: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the pasta and place under a hot grill for 3–4 minutes until crisp and golden. Portion immediately and serve hot.
