  • g Korean-style fried chicken strips (or korean bbq pork belly)
  • g kimchi, chopped
  •   tbsp Kewpie mayo
  •   tbsp gochujang or sweet chilli sauce
  •   bunch bunch spring onions, sliced finely
  •   red chilli, thinly sliced
  •   tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  •   portion fresh coriander or coriander leaf sprigs
  •   Optional crunchy finishing touch: crispy fried onions or shallots
