Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  • g Lamb Weston Twister Fries (cooked until golden and crisp).
  • g cooked turkey breast (pulled or shredded into bite-sized pieces).
  •   pigs in blankets
  •   stuffing balls (crumbled).
  • g brie (torn into chunks, just starting to melt from the heat of the fries).
  •   tbsp cranberry sauce (drizzled over).
  •   handful dried cranberries (for texture and sweet pops of flavour).

    Step 1

    Preheat fryer (175 °C) or oven (200 °C). Fry frozen Twister fries for 2 min 30 sec (if fryer), shaking after 30 sec. Or oven‑bake for 16–20 min, turning once halfway (Remove once they’re golden and crunchy.)

    Layer on shredded turkey or chicken, pigs in blankets, and crumbled stuffing balls.

    Add chunks of Brie so they begin to melt into the toppings.
