Festive Twister Burger Crowned with a Christmas Twist

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Lamb Weston Twister Fry (placed on top as a garnish).
  •   brioche seeded bun (toasted).
  •   beef burger patty (150–170g).
  •   leaf of crisp lettuce.
  •   pig in blanket (or two mini ones, halved).
  •   stuffing ball (flattened slightly).
  •   tbsp cranberry sauce.

    Step 1

    Preheat fryer (175 °C) or oven (200 °C). Fry frozen Twister fries for 2 min 30 sec (if fryer), shaking after 30 sec. Or oven‑bake for 16–20 min, turning once halfway (Remove once they’re golden and crunchy.)

    Prepare the Burger: Cook the beef patty to preferred doneness. Melt Brie over the top during the last minute of cooking.

    Assemble the burger and add the pig in blanket halves.

    Press in the flattened stuffing ball and drizzle cranberry sauce.

    Place the top bun on, and crown the burger with a single Twister fry (skewer through the middle to hold).
