  •   Macphie Panna Cotta
  •   Blind baked sweet pastry tart case
  •   Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
  •   Silver gelatine leaves
  •   Mixed frozen berries

    Step 1

    Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.

    Step 2

    Gently warm the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping and stir in the soft gelatine leaves until dissolved.

    Step 3

    Pour into the bottom of the sweet pastry case and place in the fridge to set.

    Step 4

    Gently heat the Macphie Panna Cotta in a medium sized saucepan, bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

    Once taken off the heat, carefully pour into sweet pastry tart case on top of the set jelly.

    Step 6

    Allow to cool at room temperature until the top starts to set, then place in a fridge for around 2 hrs allow to set fully.

    When ready to serve garnish with frozen berries and Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
