Vegetarian Giotto Burger

  •   1 Rustic Giotto bun (74454)
  • g 1 Vegetarian burger
  • g Cheddar Slice
  • g Pickles
  • g Curly salad
  • g Vegetarian Burger Sauce (See Recipe Below)
  • g Fried onions

Vegetarian Burger Sauce

  • g Vegan mayonnaise
  • g Mustard
  • g Hot Red sauce.
  •   I Clove of garlic
  •   Pinch of salt and pepper
  •   In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients

    Step 1

    Bake the Giotto (200˚C for 6 to 8 Minutes) and allow to cool for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    Cook the Vegetarian burger.

    Slice the Giotto in half.

    Step 4

    Place 10g of curly salad on the base.
  • 5

    Step 5

    Arrange the Vegetarian burger and Cheddar.

    Step 6

    Add a layer of Vegetarian burger sauce.

    Step 7

    Finish with pickles & fried onions
