Method

Wrap the flatbread in foil and warm in the oven, 180°C for approx. 4mins.

Deep fry the Crispy Tenders according to preparation guidelines then chop or gently pull into 3 or 4 pieces.

Remove the flatbread from the oven and place on a serving dish. Spread the hummus across the top.

In a large bowl, toss together the rocket, red onion, chopped tomatoes and cheese. Place in the centre of the flatbread.

Dust the Crispy Tenders with harissa spice and lay on top of the salad. Scatter with pomegranate seeds and serve.
