  • g Country Range North Atlantic Prawns
  • g Country Range Basmati Rice
  •   tbsp Country Range Vegetable Oil
  •   tbsp Country Range Dried Sliced Onions
  • g green pepper, finely chopped
  •   tsp Country Range Tandoori Spice
  • ml cold water

    Step 1

    Gently fry the basmati rice in a saucepan with the dried onion and tandoori mix.

    Add the prawns, water and green pepper.

    Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until the rice is cooked.
