- Add oil to a pan and wait for it to get hot before adding the onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, courgette, red peppers. Fry for 3 mins. Next add in the chicken and fry for a further 3 mins.
- Add the spices to the water and pour into the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Pour in Country Range Tikka Sauce, add in the chop coriander, lime leaf, stir to combine and cook on a low simmering heat for an hour.
- Serve with Jasmine rice.
