- To make Sloe Gin - Prick the skins all over with a clean needle and put in a large sterilised jar or bottle.
- Pour in the sugar and the gin, seal the container, shake well and then store in a cool, dark cupboard.
- For best results shake every other day the first week and then one a week for two months.
- To make Sloe Gin Martini - add 15ml vermouth to 70ml Sloe gin and Angostura bitters. Then Garnish with lemon peel.
