  • g Country Range Raspberry Jam
  • g Country Range Glacé Cherries, finely chopped

    Step 1

    Place the suet mix in a bowl fitted with dough hooks and blend in the water on a slow speed to form a dough.

    Step 2

    Roll out the dough, spread with raspberry jam and chopped cherries then roll up.

    Place in a greased sleeve tin and steam for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
