  • g Central Foods Large Plain naan
  • g Daloon onion bhaji
  • g Country Range Homous
  • g Natural Yoghurt
  • g Cucumber (Grated)
  •   tsp Country Range Medium Madras Curry Powder
  •   tsp Country Range Whole Cumin Seeds
  •   tsp Country Range Garlic Powder
  • g Lime pickle
  •   tbsp Chopped coriander
  • g Lime juice
  •   tsp Mint chopped

    Mix the houmous with toasted cumin seeds and madras curry powder

    Mix the yoghurt with garlic, mint, grated cucumber and lime juice

    Chop the coriander

    Fry the onion bhajis until crispy and keep warm

    Assemble the naan as followed

    Spread houmous over half of the naan and place chicken tikka, onion bhaji, mint yoghurt, chopped coriander, lime pickle on the naan and fold in half.

  • 1 tsp Mint chopped
