Method
- Gently sweat down the onion, leek, carrot, swede and cabbage in a soup pan, then add 8.875kg water and the vegetable bouillon paste.
- Bring to a boil and then add the potatoes, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Simmer until the potatoes are soft then add the beans and peas.
- Serve with a chunk of homemade bread and Country Range Butter.
