Mini Beef Roast


  1. Peel the potato, cut into 3 and roast in vegetable oil in the oven (200oC) for 30 mins.
  2. Peel the carrot and cook in salted water until tender
  3. Add the peas and heat. Keep veg warm
  4. Prep the gravy and mash as per instructions
  5. Warm the beef and Yorkshire pudding in the oven
  6. Plate up as per photo
