Gluten Free Summer Fruit Crumble

  • g Country Range Creamery Butter Salted (Diced)
  • g Gluten Free Flour
  • g Golden Caster Sugar
  • g Country Range Flaked Almonds
  • g Country Range Sunflower Seeds
  • g Country Range Pine Nuts
  • g Country Range Hazelnuts (chopped)
  • g Country Range Frozen Summer Berry Mix

    Step 1

    Pre heat oven to 160oC

    In a large bowl mix the dried seeds, nuts, sugar, flour and diced butter

    Step 3

    Rub to a sandy crumb and place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 mins at 160oC. Staring the mix after 5 mins to evenly cook

    Remove from the oven and set aside. The crumble should almost be fully cooked

    In a suitable baking tin, tip the frozen fruit and allow to defrost

    Top with the crumble and a sprinkle of more sugar

    Bake in the oven for 15 mins until hot

    Serve with Country Range Vanilla ice-cream or Country Range Custard
