Marinate the chicken with the teriyaki sauce, peppers, onion and garlic for 30 minutes to an hour.
Pre-heat the wok and spray it with oil. Add some onions, peppers and sauce.
Cut the chicken into strips. After a few minutes, add the chicken to the wok and cook with the onions and peppers. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes each side until the chicken is cooked throughout.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds and fill with lettuce, cheese, salsa and your chicken mix. Roll and eat!
