- Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Place the apples in a large ovenproof dish.
- Scatter over the blueberries and stir in the sugar.
- Spoon over the Mascarpone cheese.
- Mix the crumble mix with the natural yoghurt and lemon zest. Spoon this cobbler mix over the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
