Here, Mexican food expert Thomasina Myers suggests this tasty snack: Habanero salsa • Toast some sourdough or wholegrain toast and, if you like, rub it with a peeled clove of garlic. • Smash the avocado roughly with a fork, add the juice of half a lemon or lime and season generously with salt, pepper and a few good slugs of extra virgin olive oil. • Now stir in a few splashes of Wahaca’s fruity Habanero sauce for a light, citrusy sparkly to the avocado puree. Spread on the toast and eat at once.
