For starters... >> We’re thrilled to have the lovely Nathan Outlaw gracing our cover this month. We’re hugely grateful to Nathan and Sharon for taking time out of their hectic schedule for our photoshoot. Sadly I wasn’t able to join them but I did manage to catch up with the delightful Kimberly Wyatt following her victory on Celebrity MasterChef. A busy working mum like me, we had a chat on the phone whilst she was playing in the park with her baby daughter Willow. It’s great to hear that she’s plotting a career in food and, perhaps not surprisingly, is particularly interested in cooking for children and families. I’m sure it won’t be long before we see Kimberly with her own cookbook and TV series... As the dark nights start to draw in, we’re looking ahead to Christmas this issue and the importance of pre-ordering and forward planning, and with cheese being the ultimate winter comfort food, we have some “grate” ideas to inspire your menus. Happy October! Ingredients... 07 NEW FROM COUNTRY RANGE 13 ON THE RANGE with café owner Laura Johnson Our editorial partners...
