Each portion contains of an adult’s Reference intake Energy 761kJ 181kcal Sugars 1.7g Saturates 2.6g Fat 12.5g Salt 1.77g 9% 2% 13% 18% 30% Typical values (as sold) per 100g: Energy 262kJ/62kcal Ingredients 2.5L KNORR® 100% Cream of Chicken Soup 100g Ham, chopped into fine batons 100g Baby sweetcorn 100g Red peppers, finely sliced 100g Parsnips, peeled, finely sliced and deep fried 1. Peel and slice the parsnip with either a vegetable peeler or a mandolin to produce thin strips, dry and deep fry until golden and then place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil. Keep for garnish. 2. Pour the soup into a suitable saucepan and heat to a minimum of 75°C. Stir from time to time. 3. Add the smoked ham, stir in and simmer for a further 3 minutes. 4. Ser ve the soup piping hot with sweetcorn, red pepper and parsnip crisps.
