Noodle Broth Pot


  1. Cook the egg noodles as per pack and refresh.
  2. Prep all of the vegetables.
  3. Place the noodles in a pot. Top with the vegetables, ginger and coriander and pour over the prepared hot broth mix to warm the noodles and veg.
  4. Add the diced tofu.
  5. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
