Korean Chilli Beef Burrito with Korean Mayo and Kimchi

  • g Country Range Flour Tortillas
  • g rib eye steak
  • ml Country Range Light Soy Sauce
  • g demerara sugar
  • ml sesame oil
  • g garlic
  •   tsp Country Range Chilli Flakes
  • g red pepper, sliced
  • g Country Range Basmati Rice
  • g kimchi Chinese cabbage or raw cos lettuce

    Step 1

    Marinate the beef in the soy, sugar, sesame, garlic and chilli flakes for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    Cook the basmati rice and keep hot.

    Char-grill the beef for 2 minutes on each side, rest the meat then slice.

    Place the kimchi, rice, beef and red pepper on to a tortilla, roll and wrap in tin foil.

    Place in oven (160°C) for 2 minutes to heat through.

    Slice in half and serve.
