  • g Country Range Bacon (rind removed)
  • g oz Country Range Vegetable Bouillion
  • g Country Range Five Bean Salad (drained)
  •   tbsp Country Range Tomato Paste
  • g Country Range Chopped Tomatoes
  •   handful handful Country Range Short Spaghetti
  • g Carrots (roughly chopped)
  • g storks Celery (roughly chopped)
  • g cloves Garlic (minced)
  • g Onions (roughly chopped)
  • g medium Potatoes (roughly chopped)
  • g Bouquet Garni
  • g pints Water
  •   handful handful Flat Leaf Parsley
  • g Parmesan (grated)
  •   tsp Country Range Olive Oil

    Step 1

    Heat the oil in a large saucepan

    Roughly chop the bacon and add to the pan
  • 3

    Add the clery, garlic & onios and fry for 4-5 minutes until softened

    Stir in the Tomato Paste and cook for a further minute

    Mix the vegetable bouillon and water together to creae a stock

    Add the chopped tomatoes, bouquet garni and stock and gently simmer for 25 minutes

    And the beans and short spaghetti, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes

    Remove and discard the bouquet garni

    Ladle in to soup bowls and serve with freshly baked bread rolls

  • 6 g storks Celery (roughly chopped)
  • 6 g cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 g Onions (roughly chopped)
  • 2 g medium Potatoes (roughly chopped)
  • 1 g Bouquet Garni
  • 2 g pints Water
  • 1 handful handful Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 100 g Parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tsp Country Range Olive Oil
