Every year we like to take a good hard look at ourselves. After 10 years producing what is regularly heralded as “the best customer magazine in foodservice”, we’re proud of the content and design of the magazine, but we’re also keen to continue to improve and refine it to ensure it’s the best possible read for you.
That’s why, at this time every year, we carry out a Reader Survey to gauge your thoughts on how we’re doing – and suggestions for making it even better.
In the 2017 Reader Survey you told us you wanted more information about food trends, global cuisines and seasonal produce – and so, in January, we launched two brand new features: Eat the Season, and Plate Arrivals, which looks at food trends from around the globe.
We’d love to know what you think of these two new additions, along with all of our other existing features, and are equally excited to hear what 2019 might have in store in terms of editorial. We’re also keen to know how you use our Promotions supplement.
